BLT Sandwich "all dressed up"

This is the best sandwich I have had in ages. Maybe ever.

BLT Sandwich "all dressed up"

Please, for your own good, make the Cheddar Bacon Bread that I posted yesterday, and then pile it high with the following goodness. You won’t be sorry.

First, you whip the butter, goat cheese and chives together with a fork until smooth. Season to taste with kosher salt.

BLT Sandwich "all dressed up"
