Best Spring Appetizer!!
I can’t help it. I just sort of try to turn every vegetable, weird or not, into pesto.
For dinner, I made this wonderful Creamy Lemon Pasta with Bacon and Peas. It was the easiest thing- a 15 minute dinner! Not bad huh?
In case you might be planning to have friends or family over this weekend, this is a light and lovely starter to a meal. It is bursting with late Spring flavors like favas, peas, mint and ricotta speckled with fresh chives.
In honor of St. Patricks day and because I feel Spring fast approaching, I was craving something fresh and green. I thought about Pizza, and about figuring out how to make a *bright* green pizza, or, well four different types of bright green Pizza!
