Delicious Lemon Coconut Biscuits! Sweet little cookies perfect for spring!
Pin ItIf by any chance you caught my segment the other day, or happened to read up on my Silver Holiday Décor Ideas the other day, you may have heard me mention something about a cocktail. A “snowball” martini to be specific.
I need a drink. That’s the kind of week I’m having. The kind I need a drink at the end of if you know what I mean.
The summer squash, I treat very much like I would a zucchini. And I love to bake with zucchini (see my chocolate zucchini cake , or spiced zucchini bread ). So I thought I would make a loaf cake/ bread using both my plentiful sour lemon juice, and also my yellow summer squash.
I had an overwhelming craving for pasta this afternoon. OVERWHELMING. Like I went downstairs and put a bowl of boiling water on as fast as my legs could carry me.
A refreshing sweet and sour drink with a slight fizz and a lovely mint flavor! Great for children and grownups with a gorgeous deep red color and packed with freshly squeezed lemon juice, ripe cherries and garden grown mint.
Peel it for a salad, steam it , slice it and fry it with chilies, roast it with balsamic, grill it with meyer lemons, sauté and top with a creamy poached egg. The possibilities of fresh Asparagus are endless and delicious!!
This is a light and fresh dish that is perfect for a light supper or lunch. I whipped this up this afternoon in about 15 minutes, (maybe less). It was so flavorful and felt very Spring like (to go with the teeny tiny bit of sun light we have here today!)
f I could choose my last meal- there is a definite chance that this would be it. There is something so special about this chicken and potatoes that it is hard to describe.
