I love this recipe. Grilled clams are light and fresh and terribly easy. I think it is wonderful when you are getting ready to grill your entrée, you can just throw these clams on the grill. They are done in 5 minutes with no mess!

Peach Quesadillas? I know! This is an unusual combination for a quesadilla, but it is so simple and delicious, I promise this will be a fast favorite. The summery flavors of juicy peaches and fresh basil are complimented by mild, chewy mozzarella and salty Serrano ham. They are all packaged in a crispy little pocket of flour tortillas- mmmm….

I had a dinner a few weeks ago, and it was heavy on the men. My first thought was to make a batch of BBQ’d ribs for all of the guys. But then I came across an Everyday Food recipe for Chinese Style Pork Spare Ribs. Something new!! I smacked my lips looking at that recipe and trotted right to the grocery store.
