They went to a great French café in town, and he ordered the Carrot Curry Soup. I guess he scarfed the whole bowl down and loved it so much that he wanted me to come up with a recipe.
One of my all time favorite Thanksgiving delights is Pecan Pie. I love the chewiness, the brown sugar goodness, and the contrast of that sweet gooey center with the flakey crust. Heavenly.
These cookies take all of the glory of a soft and chewy chocolate chip cookie, and up the ante with the flavors of a German Chocolate Cake: Chocolate Chunks, Sweet Coconut and Crunchy Pecans.
This week, the muffin flavor of the week is….Banana Coconut!
