Guinness Float

I am having a “thing” with Guinness.
Like these Chicken Guinness Pot Pie’s
Or these Guinness Brownies.
And now this. A Guinness and ice cream float.
It is so good. So, so good. A very adult variety of a root beer float, and one I would highly recommend trying as soon as humanly possible.
Guinness Float, serves 4
1 pint vanilla ice cream
3 11oz Guinness, cold
4 Beer mugs, chilled in the freezer.
Divide the vanilla ice cream between the 4 mugs.
Top evenly with Guinness.
Enjoy the frothy goodness!

If I hadn’t just had the best beer tasting experience recently with Guinness I might be going Ewwww…but I’m not. I’m going out to buy some tomorrow instead and try this!
