Italia update!

Ok- brilliant, I forgot the correct computer charger (brought a MAC 3 prong- no adapter for that FYI!) So my Salone del Gusto recipe featuring Garofalo Pasta (buccatini with parsley pesto, cherry tomatoes and prawns) will post tomorrow. However the Salone del Gusto is absolutely incredible, and actually very overwhelming. There are thousands of people here celebrating and educating with food. I can’t wait to tell you all about it!
