My sister serves this at lots of her parties, and everyone always loves it. It is creamy, and has just the right amount of spice and chunk of artichoke hearts. It is really good and super easy to make. I thought that this would be a great idea for an appetizer on Thanksgiving.

Julie’s Artichoke Dip

-1 8oz package cream cheese
-1 cup parmesan cheese, grated
-2 cloves garlic, minced
-½ cup mayonnaise
-½ cup sour cream
-1 small can of diced green chilies
-2 cans of artichoke hearts, drained

2) Add 1 can of artichokes and process until smooth. Chop the second can of artichoke hearts and fold into the blended ingredients.

3) Pour into a baking dish and bake for 30-35 minutes. Serve with crackers, crostini or tortilla chips.
