We have groups of friends over all the time for casual suppers, usually early on Sunday’s. This is a really easy and delicious menu that is perfect for a large gathering. I pile the wedges on a huge platter and drizzle it with the ranch dressing, and then garnish it with the radishes. I also pile a platter with assembled sandwiches, and leave out a bowl of extra pickled onions and cilantro for those who want it. If you have a stone island that you can plop the pot of hot soup on- that is what I usually do, however you can also just leave it on the top of the stove. I set out plates and bowls for dinner, and wrap the silverware in napkins and let everyone help themselves. It is also nice to set out plates piled high with the Big Brownies and Brown Sugar Blondie’s, so that people can sneak back for seconds or thirds!
